Just a quick note to say how impressed I was with the way our delayed flight was handled last night 24the July TCX247L Paphos to Manchester.
You see the horror stories on tv but credit where its due I have to say I was most impressed with the info by both the rep on the coach on our return and the airport staff who handed out notices to the passengers booked on this flight. We where even treated to vouchers to use while we waited.
I understand some delays are unavoidable so would just like to thank you for the professional way in which you handled this.

2 wks at the Soviva in Tunisia, hotel rooms a little basic however they were very clean and comfortable, they are doing up the hotel and the new rooms open next month the pool area and slides are fantastic, the beach needs better sign posting and it is more than 150mtrs more like 300 mtrs but did not spoil holiday I would recommend the quads and camel trip from the hotel the boat trip well if you want 3 hrs in the sea then give it a try. I prefer stopping at coves but there are none around the trip to the ampitheater is really good, outside the resort expect to only pay 8 dina to sousse medina (market) they will ask for more but agree before you get in and if you pay the first price they ask your the fool go in low and stay around 30% of the price.
At the market expect pleanty of have a look at my shop but they only want your money so sometimes are a bit pushy but take it in fun. And if anyone meets you when you get out of the taxi saying "oh hello im from seviva on day off" tell them no thanks you will look round yourself as this to get you in to certain shops and scam you.
Overall I would go back and apart from the rain the first week I enjoyed it.

I would like to recommend your entertainment staff at Oasis Village, Fuerteventura. I have just returned from there after doing a 2 week holiday all inclusive, and if it wasn't for your team I would be complaining as they made the holiday from 10am till 12am every day mon - sun they were fantastic!!
They never stopped always smiling and happy to help their names are Karen Harper, Arrun Smith, Sara and Kim Booth, also the kiddies team were good as well but don't know their names as didnt have any children under 13, Also Ben our Rep was great and was always on hand to help, please let them know that Sharon Mike and Samantha love them all even Lee from the Oasis Dunes was fantastic he was there the first week as the Dunas was being refurbished, again like i say if it wasn't for them i would be one very unhappy customer but they made up for lack of things to do outside the complex, the food don't even go there (spent more at supermarket)
Please Please reward them for all their effort as there should be more ouside entertaineers coming in to give them a break, I will go now but again they were fantastic and this has to acknowledge as people are keen to complain but not so keen to applaud people.

Good Morning
We recently travelled to Dalaman and on our return found we were a day late for our flight home!!! Only realised when at Dalaman airport. I just wanted to say the two members of staff on duty the early hours of 20 May were very helpful and sympathetic to our plight. They arranged a transfer for us onto the Mancheter flight, admittedly a long way from Gatwick (where we wanted to be) but much better than sitting in the airport all night and morning. Their help was very much appreciated.

Having recently returned from Holiday-Flight only. Dalaman-Glasgow TCX 83L I am contacting the Company to thank you for the excellent treatment we received during the period of the Icelandic Volcano delays.
We were put up in a 5* Hotel in Yaniklar near Fethiye until our flight was organised. Please pass on my thanks to all concerned-this was high class treatment and your staff were a credit to the Company.

Thank you for the excellent way that Thomas Cook looked after us Jan 7-8 during a 24hr flight delay at the end of our holiday in Lanzarote due to snow closure of Gatwick airport.
We were very happy to be put up overnight in the Grand Castillo hotel, Playa Blanca, well fed, and kept informed of how the company would try to fly us home to Gatwick which had been closed with snow.
Our flight went ahead 24 hrs later, and what could have been a nightmare after a great week at Cay Sun Beach Playa Blanca, became a very efficient and enjoyable, if unusual, extra days holiday.
THANK YOU! we are recommending Cooks to everybody.
