The Arinsal Ski centre is situated on the shadow of Coma Pedrosa, Andorra’s highest mountain peak. The resort is located close to the capital of Andorra, La Vella and the Spanish border. It is situated to the south of Andorra and is a unique combination of ski area, exotic water fountains, stylish hotels, restaurants and apartments. Apres ski is the key attraction in Arinsal. The ski area of Arinsal is ideal for the beginners and the lower intermediates. Arinsal is now linked to Pal and this has resulted in a substantial ski area of 64kms. The Arinsal and Pal resorts, also collectively termed as as Vall Nord Ski area are well connected through lifts.

The three-lined runs at Pal are in contrast to the wide and open slopes of Arinsal. This contrast, owing to the varied terrain is a perfect setting for the amateur skiers and the intermediates, who desire to explore. Arinsal has seen many a development after being linked to Pal. More and more hotels have come up in the area. The developments include snow making equipment and a high-speed link named ‘teleferric’. ‘Teleferric carries around 40 people to Pal, the neighbouring resort and back in 7 minutes.

For the adventurous youngsters and families there are many activities like snowbiking, paragliding, hot air balloon rides, freestyle skiing, snowboarding, ski-biking, tubing, ice-skating, parascending, etc. To enjoy the scenic landscape of Arinsal ski resort, helicopter flights are a great option.

There is enough recreation even for the non-skiiers here. They can shop at Andora La Vella to their hearts full and Arinsal is an ideal setting for the party animals too. Facilities for Skiing children and the non-skiing ones

Ski Kindergarten is exclusively meant for kids aged 4-8 years. The kindergarten has the facility for flexible drop in and can be booked through ski schools. They are priced around €17.50 for 2 hrs, 24 for 3 hrs and 86 for 15hrs. They offer group lessons for kids starting from the age of six.

Every Thursday evenings Slopeside fun at the base inclusive of tobogganing, torchlit descent, live music and BBQ are organised.
